Account and profile information. When you sign up, we receive from our authentication provider (e.g., Clerk) your email address and any name or profile details you provide. We store a reference to your account (e.g., user ID) in our database to associate your bills, letters, and usage with you.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers. We may store billing-related identifiers and subscription status to manage your plan and credits.

Content you provide. When you add a bill or generate a letter, we store the data you enter—such as provider name, amounts, dates, and the generated letter content—so we can display it to you and, where applicable, generate PDFs or support your use of the product.

Usage and technical data. We may collect information about how you use the Service (e.g., pages visited, features used) and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information for security, analytics, and improving the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the BillFix service
• Authenticate you and manage your account and subscription
